COSTS AND FEES
The costs are calculated from the estimated extent of each case. When doing so, working hours count the most, but also the extent of expertise, the making and presentation of materials for the case, the value of results and responsibility of the consultation provided. The partner responsible for a client makes sure that the fees are always reasonable and in accordance with the work provided.
Fulltingi collects cost for all litigation expenses, in addition to the fees taken for legal consultation.

A bill for costs and fees is sent out on a monthly basis, unless other agreements have been made. We always try to be fair and flexible when it comes to collecting fees.

Fulltingi has its regulations on advanced payment of costs and fees. Those regulations state under what circumstances advanced payments are required before cooperation and casework is possible.
